Fees & Insurance

My services are open to as many people as possible. Unfortunately, some people may have an inability to afford my services. If you find that you are in this situation, please visit my resources page on free or low-cost treatment options in your area.

The following fees are my rates for providing each service:

Initial Assessment - $250.00 

30 Min. Counseling Session - $75.00

45 Min. Counseling Session - $125.00

60 Min. Counseling Session - $150.00 

Additional Services & Rates

​Assessment or Evaluations 

For third parties including: courts, government agencies, or employers - $400.00

Substance Use interventions, Family-based approaches to treating client. Includes 15 hours of service time, $150 per hour additional after 15 hours - $5,000.00 plus travel expenses

Substance Use Interventions focus on engaging the family. This includes parents, siblings, and sometimes peers, in the client’s intervention and treatment. The family can be predominantly important, as the client will often be affected by the client’s emotional supports. Family-based methodologies address a wide array of challenges. This includes the client’s substance problems, including family communication and disputes; other co-occurring disorders; problems with school or work and social networks. Research shows that family-based interventions are highly effective; some studies even indicate they are superior to individual or group treatment. Offered in outpatient settings (family homes are a typical setting), family treatments have been successful in higher-intensity surroundings such as residential and intensive outpatient programs.

Insurance

Concierge Counseling

Counseling that require me to travel to you -$300.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours + travel time

Point-of-Care Drug Test - $30.00

Billing

All clients, regardless of insurance coverage pay their fees on the day of service. I am not a party to the contract (policy) between you and your insurance company. I can send you a superbill that you can present to your insurance company for reimbursement.

​Rescheduling & Cancellations

You must provide a minimum a minimum of 48-hours notice in advance of scheduled services to change or cancel the appointment at no charge. Late cancellations or reschedules and missed appointments are billed at the same rate as the actual service. As a courtesy, I do provide one late cancellation, late reschedule, or missed appointment to existing clients at no charge.
