Mandated and Court-Ordered Drug Counseling, Assessments, and Evaluations.

If you have been ordered by a court or the department of motor vehicles to complete an alcohol or drug evaluation, assessment, or counseling sessions? I am here for you! My services are approved by the courts, probation, parole. law enforcement agencies as well as other government organizations in California and many other States.

A drug or alcohol evaluation is often mandatory if a criminal offense has occurred and substance use was a factor. You also may be required if you have had a history of alcohol or drug use that impacts other legal situations. Your attorney may propose that you complete an evaluation and/or assessment prior to your court hearings and/or an evaluation, assessment may be ordered by a judge to evaluate the seriousness of substance use obstacles and what suggested treatment choices there are. I offer rational, honest and judgment free substance use services to court-mandated clients at reasonable pricing to residents of California. I do a complete assessment of the circumstances that have been in your life. This is to guarantee that you receive a fair and exact report. I will meticulously review all court documents and orders to confirm that you are completing the exact requirements that are necessary to fulfill your mandate.

Assessments and evaluations may be crucial in implementing and finishing court obligations or assist in bringing a positive outcome of your case. It's necessary to work with an unbiased and objective clinician that will be certain that you are treated fairly during the process. I have seen clinicians suggest that clients are required to join treatment that they provide - this is immoral and biased to those being evaluated. 

Court cases that often require these types of assessments and/or counseling include but I not limited to:

• A DUI/DWI that happened separate from of the state you live in.

• A DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) or DUI (Driving Under the Influence) arrest or charge when a driver was compromised by either alcohol or drug use.

I deliver evaluations, assessments, and counseling to meet all court requirements utilizing online, by phone or in-person sessions. When you have concluded your assessments or counseling, I will deliver to you for court a prepared report and/or proof of achievement. You will make the decision to give the court or other officials availability to the report only if you choose to deliver it to them. An alcohol or drug test may be mandatory as part of your assessment and/or counseling and is decided on a individual basis. Lab testing fees will be your responsibility if a drug test is required.

Typical Weekday Assessments & Evaluations - $300.00

(Finished within 3-4 business days after your interview.)

Urgent order service fees:

Completion same business day: $250 additional fee.

Completion next business day: $175.00 additional fee.

Completion in 1-2 business days: $100.00 additional fee.

Weekend services are an additional $150 fee.

No services are available on holidays. Court-ordered service fees are not subject to my sliding scale pricing. No insurance is accepted for these services.

Weekday Counseling Sessions - $125.00

60-minute substance use counseling session.

Drug testing prices are determined by the lab and test you use and may not be covered by insurance.

What is the process for receiving a drug and alcohol evaluation?

• Initial new client registration and paperwork.

• Email, fax, or mail for any needed documents.

• Completion of two on-line assessments, one is roughly 15 minutes long and the second one is generally 90 minutes long.

• Completing a clinical interview can last up to 90-minutes.

• Thorough alcohol and drug testing if needed.

• Obtain a secure copy of your report.
